So today Mom calls and says "Did Mauro tell you I called earlier?" and I was like "NO!" and she said "well I did, and he answered the phone, and I left a message".

Isn't Fun all the Time

DEAR BLOG,

Like most of us, I have a couple beers, wine, or cocktails at lunch. It is interesting to note that sometimes Mauro just gets water or diet coke. He pulled this stunt today.

I dont know if it is because he was driving or wasn't feeling well, he just ordered a diet coke with lemon. I was like "dude, whats that about?" and he said "Whaaat?" in a rising high pitched voice. Whatever man.

Doesn't Say "Thank You"

DEAR BLOG,

Yesterday I held the door open for a bunch of people. One by one they passed, and I was attentive to the fact that they all said "Thank you." Of course, the last one was Mauro, and you guessed it...no "thank you". Well I immediately called him out on it, and he was all like "i said it!, I saaaiidd it!" Everyone was horrified. He claimed that maybe I did not hear it. Look man, since people saying "thank you" when I hold the door open for them is a BIG DEAL to me, i listen, I would have heard even the smallest grunt.
